When you place an order or contact us through our website, we ask for:

  • Your phone number (optional)
  • Your delivery address or branch selection (required for delivery orders)
  • Any special notes for your order (optional)

We do not collect payment card details, national ID (CPR) numbers, or any sensitive personal data through our website.

3. How Your Order Reaches Us

Kahramanat.com does not have its own order-processing server. When you complete an order, your information is used to pre-fill a WhatsApp message. Nothing is transmitted until you personally press "Send" inside your own WhatsApp app. From that point, your message is delivered and stored according to WhatsApp's (Meta's) own privacy policy — see whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy.

4. Data Storage on Your Device

While using our site, the details you enter (name, phone, address, order notes) are stored locally in your browser so you don't have to re-type them. This stays only on your device — we have no server-side access to it. It is automatically cleared once you place an order. You can also clear it manually anytime via your browser's site-data settings.

5. Analytics

We use Google Analytics (GA4) with IP anonymization enabled to understand site usage — such as which pages and menu items are popular. This never includes your name, phone number, or address. See policies.google.com/privacy.

6. Third-Party Content

Our Contact page includes embedded Google Maps for our branch locations. Loading this map may allow Google to collect standard technical information (such as your IP address) under its own privacy policy.

7. Your Rights

Under Bahrain's PDPL, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. Contact us at [email protected] — we will respond within 10 business days.
